“ Clean room, pool was cold, showe”

“Hotel was better the previous time we stayed there. This time … under renovation, intermittent WiFi, breakfast was ok on Saturday and Tuesday but not Sunday or Monday. ”

“This was a handicap room. My 93 year old mother could barely get around in the room with her walker. A wheelchair would never be able to fit in this room. I could not see the numbers on the door while looking for our room. The force of water in the shower was very light. There was no butter for toast or waffles in the morning. The coffee was cold. I had to take it back to the room and heat in the microwave. ”

“We had two rooms. I had asked for adjoining rooms, but they had one of the adjoining rooms rented out, which did not make sense to me. If you only have one set of adjoining rooms you should not rent that room out unless it’s the last room which shifts I think you should have your employee shift change at 2 o’clock instead of 3:00 we got there at check-in time and our room was not ready because they were changing shifts. “Room was clean. , pool was closed for a significant amount of time. Could not get the staff to give a call when it would be open. Once it open it uncomfortably cold!!! Disappointed! ”
